Welcome to Vega Charter. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing the website www.vegacharter.com and booking a service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Definitions

  • Service: boat rentals, excursions, and other maritime activities provided by Vega Charter

  • Contract: the agreement between the user and Vega Charter for the purchase of services

2. Subject of the Contract
Vega Charter offers boat rentals, excursions, and maritime tours in Sicily. Information about boats, prices, and booking conditions is provided on the Site.

 

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made online, via email, or by phone.

  • Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

  • Some services require a deposit at the time of booking. The balance must be paid before the start of the service.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment and email confirmation from Vega Charter.

Cancellation by the User:

  • More than 7 days before the booked date: full refund

  • 6 to 3 days before: 50% refund

  • Less than 3 days before: no refund

Cancellation by Vega Charter:

  • In case of adverse weather conditions or other force majeure events, Vega Charter may offer a new date or a full refund.

No-show:

  • If the user does not show up at the scheduled time, no refund will be given.
